All online orders are shipped exclusively to our Tampa store location for customer pickup—we do not offer direct-to-home delivery at this time.

It is our goal to offer same-day processing on orders received by 2:00 p.m. EST; such orders will be available for store pick up the next business day, depending on availability and order volume. You will be notified via email or phone when your order is ready for pickup at:

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us using our Contact form or call the shop at 813-627-9603. Cancellation notice must be given within 2 hours of placing your order.


RETURN POLICY

To ensure an easy and satisfactory experience, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us know! We’ll work with you to troubleshoot issues, offer an exchange, or issue a refund.

Items must be returned to our Tampa location within 30 days of pickup and must be in original packaging with all parts and hardware. To request an exchange or refund, visit the Returns page on our website to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
